I.  2015 Work Review
   The year 2015 was the toughest year for the company, and it was Orient’s second start。
   The Spring Festival, the fifth day of the New Year, Qichao Zhao, the Area Manager of sales department and the chairman began to visit the Northeast regional customer travel, business scope greatly increased the sales value of Great Wall Co. in 2015, increased significantly being compared with 2014.   
   Three kinds of products-drill bit, drilling instruments, downhole motor have entered into the market together, to provide a complete set of technical service for the customer, "integration" service mode to carry out successfully in Liaohe area, our company become a model transformation from single product sales, leasing products to the integrated service mode of drill bit, downhole motor use and directional instrument service as the core.
    Experience several unsuccessful attempts: instrument stability problem, design of drill bit, downhole motor quality problems, encountered a problem and prove a problem, a small loss of every single product brings with it the failure of the whole service system, to this end, our service staffs, sales staffs tracked well site information many times, spent too much hard work. During the process, we constantly adjusted the organizational model, managed the system, increased the strength of the plan, and stepped up the follow-up to the well team, which was almost in this state in the first half of the year. In 2015, with the continuous improvement of our management system, we gradually changed the passive state of our service.
    The company's integrated solution to the problem has saved our market share and achieved a slightly lower output value than last year.
    Early in 2015, the head of the company predicted the market situation in time, from the beginning of the year, the company has been tightening monetary policy, under the premise that carried out to ensure the normal production, to ensure company employee wages, reduce all unnecessary spending, conducted a series of open source section work flow: compression purchasing cost, strengthen financial control and reduce financial cost, refine management costs, etc.. The effective work of these jobs ensured that the company was surprised and uninsurable in 2015.In the case of the overall economic environment, the company's sales value in 2015 is more than that of 2014, and the cost control of the company is up by 14%, and it has won word of mouth again in the market.

II.  The mission of 2016:
    The company's enterprise training is: "innovation, quality, respect, responsibility", innovation is the soul, the quality is the base, respect is origin, responsibility is like the mountain. Economic development is the lifeblood of the enterprise, and whether the systematization and coordination of the various levels of the enterprise is complete is a gap that must be overstepped in the development of the enterprise.
    The company has developed for 13 years, in the face of market changes, meticulous service, product system, diversification, urgent change of service function of our organization and improve the management level, production mode, design mode, testing mode of business model needs to quality and innovation.
    Nowadays, whoever is in the forefront of quality and efficiency will be better able to survive and develop. Lean management is more and more demands on the management system we will pay more, the company must make up the lesson since we are in lack of management to guide by strategy and market, clear management system, establish and improve the management process, strict discipline and stick to it.
    Everyone has an unshirkable responsibility. This requires us to have a full shift in consciousness. To be clear: the ideological work must have a principle, the work must be the criterion, the result evaluation criteria, the quality requirements of quantitative data, found that the problem can't let go, and in action with responsibility, work process as constraint, completes the labor of duty, and the common progress of the company.

 III.  2016 Company Development Plan
1. We will vigorously promote integrated services in domestic, ensure the basic survival of enterprises, increase overseas market development, take the Middle East as a development opportunity and vigorously carry out international drilling services
2. With the development of market as the leading and double win based on cooperation, we will transform R&D and production enterprises into technology and service enterprises.
3. We will continue to improve the quality consciousness, establish communication mechanism, and open the company's internal and external information exchange through special meeting mode such as project meeting, quality meeting and production and distribution coordination. Improve the report, control cost, and strengthen employee training. We will set up a special task force to strictly grasp and catch the quality of products.
4.Post division of labor is clear, each performs his own duties, strict management, rewards and punishments are distinct, and important posts are made up of composite talents reserve;
5. Establish and improve the training mechanism, and implement it, and initially step up the way of learning organization;
6. Site equipment management and tool management should be strengthened. Identification of standardization. Rationalization of work area division. Document standardization. Safety production is constant, as always, promote 6S management;

     In 2016, the company will pay more attention to corporate culture and brand building, and build a learning, innovative and innovative way.
