In the morning of Dec. 28, 2016, the company and the North China Institute of Aerospace Engineering signed the " School and Enterprise co-build agreement ", the leadership of both parties made a deep communication for the following cooperating direction and goal ,which lay a solid foundation for mutual cooperation.

Party B: North China Institute of Aerospace Engineering
 
Through friendly negotiation by both parties, on the basis of equality, voluntary, promoting common development, in order to co-build school and enterprise cooperation matters on the two sides, both parties agree as follows:
I. The principle of cooperation
Both parties deepen the cooperation of production and study on the guidance of Party’s needs, and make full use of scientific and technological resources of Party B, combine with the current product development, design, promotion, application and technical personnel training, the construction of new projects puting into production needs of Party A to play their respective advantages, to carry out technical research, product and process development, achievements, personnel training and so on.
II. The contents of cooperation
The project plan or research subject proposed by Party A, Party B provides technical guidance to the corresponding target project according to Party’s needs, and make the feasibility analysis, assessment and selection for R & D projects, help training and founding R & D team, guide projects declaration, product technical performance test etc., and also cultivate professional and technical personnel according to Party’s needs.

 

After the meeting, the leaders of both sides visited the workshop, and the director of the R & D center made a detailed introduction to the production process. 

The convening of the conference and the signing of the agreement have promoted the training of high-end technical personnel and the development of related technical projects
