On Sept. 16^th , 2017, National Public business united innovation cycle Langfang activities in North China Institute of Aerospace started. Jia Yongqing, Deputy mayor attended the launching ceremony and delivered a speech, Zhao Wenjin, Chinese Academy of Engineering was invited to attend the launching ceremony.

Jia Yongqing pointed out, Langfang is a city attaching great importance to the innovation entrepreneurship.
